Key responsibility Areas:

Cocoa Nursery Management & Extension Activities

· Locating Suitable Nursery site

· Liasing with Seed certification Department , EB , & Horticulture deportment

· Conducting Cocoa Cultivation awareness Programs Like Exibhition & ,Seminors

· Each Year around 4 Lks seedlings are raised and distributed to the farmers

· Educating farmers about cocoa growing and Providing Technical Support

Cocoa Quality Control

· Management of Third party operations in processing

· Study of cocoa beans quality from varied sources

· Manage operations such as Fumigation, Pest control and General upkeep

· Serve as a nodal point for delivery of quality material

· Analysis of quality parameters in the in-house laboratory

Process Management

· Management of Third party operations in processing

· Designing SOP for operations in cocoa primary processing

· Feed back to suppliers / procurement team on quality of inputs

· Adoption of BIC practices in Cocoa drying and fumigation

Warehouse / Logistics Management

· Custodian of Cocoa stocks worth more than USD 2.5 Mn

· Stock management by adopting FIFO practices

· Systems implementation using IMS procedures

· Liaison with transport agency for delivery of materials to customers

Commercial Operations

· Handling customs clearance

· Liaising with external agencies such as Sales tax, Customs and Research Institutes.

· Contracting for warehouse
